Orders to be delivered on Monday
(Excluding Holidays & peack flower delivery days)
> For Monday deliveries, orders & payment must be made on last Saturday before 12pm.
Order to be delivered on Tuesday to Saturday
(Excluding holidays & peak floral delivery days)
> For same day deliveries (10am-1pm), order & payment must be made and confirmed one working day
in prior (before 3pm) to delivery date.
For oder and payment received after 3m and need for next day deliveries, the schedule will depend on our
> For same day deliveries (2pm-9pm), orders & payment must be made and confirmed before 12am. Or call
us in prior for time table enquiry.
Orders to be delivered on Sunday or Public Holidays
> For same day deliveries (10am-1pm), order & payment must be made and confirmed one working day in
prior (before 12noon) to delivery date.
> In event that sunch arrangements are not possible, then the delivery will have to be made the day before or
day after the date requested.
Orders to be delivered on Peak Floral Days
> For peak flora delivery days (eg.Valentines' Day or Mothers' Day),please order at least Three (3) working days advance prior to delivery date.

> All time listed are in Malaysia Time.
> The delivery time may vary depends on the traffic & weather conditions.
> The delivery time will be from 9.30am to 9.00pm, kindly noted that a minium delivery charge of
RM30 will be imposed for deliveries after our business hours.
> For morning section delivery requested, we will arrange sending your flower between 9.30am-1pm.
For afternoon section delivery requested, we will arrange sending your flower between 2pm-5pm.
For evening section delivery requested, we will arrange sending your flower between 6.00-9pm.
Regional Delivery We provide regional delivery service throughout Malaysia via affiliate florist. Arrangement of flora deliver regionally may vary due to regional availability for the flower required. Amber Flowers & Gifts reserved the right to make necessary change on the flower used depending in stock availability.

For order via our online payment system, you will receive an acknowledgement email to ensure that your payment is being successfully accepted. For order through phone, pay by Bank-In, we will contact you to confirm your order once your payment had been accepted and processed by our banker.
Shall you find any problem upon your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our products are perishable, we reserve the right to refuse a request for refund if such request is not received by us on a timely basis. Seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. Specific colors may not always be available. Thus, we reserve the right to substitute the flower contents as to fulfill your floral and container requirements with an equal or higher value. The dimensions and containers shown for arrangements may sometime slightly different due to seasonal stock available. Alternative similar value and style substitutions will be used. We would do our best to deliver you¡¦re the best flower arrangement and services. Prices shown are not for Valentine¡¦s and Mother¡¦s Day. Price for these two celebration will be announced two weeks on this site prior to the celebrations.
Cancellation will be 50% of total purchases price. If the delivery has been made, the full total price will be charged to your account.
